Why this Mormon will NOT vote for Mitt Romney

***This is an updated article on one I originally wrote on December 28, 2007.  Given the recent event in New Hampshire, I found it apropos to update it.***

                                      

I have come to the conclusion that Mitt Romney is a Mormon In Name Only (MINO.)  I know this requires an explanation, especially for those who may know nothing about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  And even more so for my fellow Mormons.

So here goes.

Before we were born, we had a choice to make.  As our Heavenly Parents were helping us decide on the how’s and what’s of the next section of our eternal progression, we were confronted with a baffling decision.  We had progressed as far as we could spiritually; now was the time to conquer the flesh.  We all wanted to return to live with our Parents when our earthly mission was over, but knew that once we had a body on earth, we would be weak things whose default mode was sin.  That meant it would be impossible for any of us to return to Father, who can look upon sin with no tolerance.

What to do?

Enter two beloved siblings, each with a plan.

The plan of our oldest brother, who would on earth be known as Jesus, was to continue the plan we already followed in Heaven under our Father in Heaven--free will--but have one who would pay the wages for us sinners who would agree to follow him.  That way He could satisfy the demands of justice--which mercy can not rob--but give the gift of mercy for those who would choose it.  He even volunteered to be the one who paid that terrible price, and in humility offered the glory that would follow such a gift back to His Father.

The plan of the Son of the Morning Star--whose tantrum and evil tongue would cause him to turn against Father and leave His presence with 1/3 of our easily led siblings and take on the name Satan--played on the tender feelings of our Heavenly Parents.  He promised that if he was in charge, he would force all of us to obey God's will so that not a single one of us would be lost.  We would all come back whether we wanted to or not.  But in return, God's glory would become his own.

Father could have said, "My domain, my decision, I'll choose."  After all, it was His domain, and He did have the right.  But He didn't.  He turned to us; after all, we were going to be the ones who would have to live and die with this decision on Earth.  So we joined him in a Grand Counsel where we discussed with logic, reason, and what we already knew of free will and democracy and made the decision that made our Parents proud and us free.  We raised our hands for the right to choose.

Christ's plan won our hearts, and the day.  Decision made, we set about planning for our Second Estate, during which we would prove to ourselves whether or not we were truly capable of walking what we talked.

Lucifer, seething over losing the vote, began planting little seeds of anger and hate here and there.  His advantage was a good one; having been raised with our spiritual family, he knew us, and knew who among us could be easily led with emotion, anger, confusion, frustration, power, lust, and hatred.  He eventually convinced 1/3 of our beloved siblings to leave our Father's House with him and try to wrest the kingdom away.  This would be extremely difficult for him to do given the fact that he and his 1/3 forfeited their right to physical bodies.  Their success or failure, therefore, would depend upon how well they could convince the rest of us to carry their flag for them.  This would also enable them to punish us for voting against their side.   And never forget--unlike us, they have not gone through the veil of forgetfulness.   They remember you, and more importantly, they remember how you voted.

It's been the exact same battle following us to earth, and the exact same choice.

So now we have a Mormon running for the highest office in the country--no, let's face it:  in the world.  Given that most people like Mormons--those they know, anyway--you would think it would be an easy sell.

So far, however, it hasn't been, but not for the reasons you might think.  It truly has less to do with prejudice against Mormons than it does this particular Mormon.

I am writing this article because I have been deluged with readers assuming that I am voting for Romney.  Aside from the fact that it is excruciatingly RETARDED to vote for someone just because they are the same race, sex, or religion as you, my answer to the Romney question comes from the first Prophet of the Restored Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Joseph Smith, and the book he translated under modern-day revelation from Father.  (Yep, Father talks to us...wouldn't you answer the call of a child in need?   If you, weak mortal that you are, are capable of such love, how much more is Father?)

Mormon view of Government--Doctrine and Covenants Chapter 134, verses 1-3, dated August 1835

1.  We believe that governments were instituted of God for the benefit of man; and that He holds men accountable for their acts in relation to them, both in making laws and administering them, for the good and safety of society.

2.  We believe that no government can exist in peace, except such laws are framed and held inviolate as will secure to each individual the free exercise of conscience, the right and control of property, and the protection of life.

 
3.  We believe that all governments necessarily require civil officers and magistrates to enforce the laws of the same; and that such as will administer the law in equity and justice should be sought for and upheld by the voice of the people if a republic, or the will of the sovereign.

Mormon view of Religion--Doctrine and Covenants Chapter 134 verses 4, 9-10

4.  We believe that religion is instituted by God; and that men are amenable to Him, and to Him only, for the exercise of it, unless their religious opinions prompt them to infringe upon the rights and liberties of others; but we do not believe that human law has a right to interfere in prescribing rules of worship to bind the consciences of men, nor dictate forms for public or private devotion; that the civil magistrate should restrain crime, but never control conscience; should punish guilt, but never suppress the freedom of the soul.

9.  ...We do not believe it just to mingle religious influence with civil government, whereby one religious society is fostered and another proscribed in its spiritual privileges, and the individual rights of its members, as citizens, denied.

10.  We believe that all religious societies have a right to deal with their members for disorderly conduct, according to the rules and regulations of such societies; provided that such dealings be for fellowship and good standing; but we do not believe that any religious society has authority to try men on the right of property or life, to take from them this world's goods, or to put them in jeopardy of either life or limb, or to inflict any physical punishment upon them.  They can only excommunicate them from their society, and withdraw from them their fellowship.

Mormon view of Citizen Responsibility and Law--Doctrine and Covenants Chapter 134 verses 5-8, 11 

5.  We believe that all men are bound to sustain and uphold the respective governments in which they reside while protected in their inherent and inalienable rights by the laws of such governments; and that sedition and rebellion are unbecoming every citizen thus protected, and should be punished accordingly, and that all governments have a right to enact such laws as in their own judgments are best calculated to secure the public interest; at the same time, however, holding sacred the freedom of conscience.

6.  We believe that every man should be honored in his station, rulers and magistrates as such, being placed for the protection of the innocent and the punishment of the guilty; and that to the laws all men show respect and deference, as without them peace and harmony would be supplanted by anarchy and terror; human laws being instituted for the express purpose of regulating our interests as individuals and nations, between man and man; and divine laws given of heaven, prescribing rules on spiritual concerns, for faith and worship, both to be answered by man to his Maker.

7.  We believe that rulers, states, and governments have a right, and are bound to enact laws for the protection of all citizens in the free exercise of their religious belief; but we do not believe that they have a right in justice to deprive citizens of this privilege, or proscribe them in their opinions, so long as a regard and reverence are shown to the laws and such religious opinions do not justify sedition nor conspiracy.

8.  We believe that the commission of crime should be punished according to the nature of the offense; that murder, treason, robbery, theft, and the breach of general peace, in all respects, should be punished according to their criminality and their tendency to evil among men, by the laws of that government in which the offense is committed; and for the public peace and tranquility all men should step forward and use their ability in bringing offenders against good laws to punishment.

11...We believe that men should appeal to the civil law for redress of all wrongs and grievances, where personal abuse is inflicted or the right of property or character infringed, where such laws exist as will protect the same; but we believe that all men are justified in defending themselves, their friends, and property, and the government, from the unlawful assaults and encroachments of all persons in times of exigency, where immediate appeal cannot be made to the laws, and relief afforded.

And finally, Doctrine and Covenants section 98: 4-10, regarding the Constitution and obligations of citizenry

4  And now, verily I say unto you concerning the laws of the land, it is my will that my people should observe to do all things whatsoever I command them.

5  And that law of the land which is constitutional, supporting that principle of freedom in maintaining rights and privileges, belongs to all mankind, and is justifiable before me.

6  Therefore, I, the Lord, justify you, and your brethren of my church, in befriending that law which is the constitutional law of the land;

7  And as pertaining to law of man, whatsoever is more or less than this, cometh of evil.

8  I, the Lord God, make you free, therefore ye are free indeed; and the law also maketh you free.

9  Nevertheless, when the wicked rule the people mourn.

10  Wherefore, honest men and wise men should be sought for diligently, and good men and wise men ye should observe to uphold; otherwise whatsoever is less than these cometh of evil.

 
The LDS Church does not endorse a party or candidate as a church, although individual Mormons may do so publicly on their own.  We are always encouraged to vote according to out conscience--in other words, to WALK what we TALK.  There have been a few--very few--political issues in which the LDS Church has publicly taken a side, such as abortion, marriage, lottery, slavery, and such.  Father is a God of logic and expects us to be logical too, and it is a reasonable presumption for all of us to make that if we believe it, we will act it.

OK, there you have it--this is what I believe, and this is the man I will vote for.  And this is why Mitt Romney is a MINO.

                            

I will vote for a man who looks to his logic, his reason, his moral compass, and his God in making decisions that may be unpopular but are nonetheless correct.  How does Romney measure up?

Abortion/Gay Marriage--two of only a handful of political issues the LDS Church has stood firmly against, Romney decided to NOT walk this talk and based his decision on an emotional experience with two beloved family members.  Read about Romney and his wife’s decades of support for abortion here.  While I have gay friends and am sure I love people who have had abortions, until Father says OK, I say NO WAY to such behavior, and we have the right and obligation to judge behavior, not the individual.  It bothers me, because it should, that Romney made the decision based on emotion rather than reason or his belief system, and then justified away the fact that he--as a committed member of the LDS Church, raised around and bounced on the knees of Prophets and apostles while growing up, given more, given much, yet chose his own reasons as higher than what God Himself had told His prophet concerning these issues--spoke out against the prophet he votes to uphold twice a year at our General Conferences.  It makes me wonder what commandments from Father will be the next to go, since Romney has shown an unconscionable ability to reject God's command for his own reasons, his own "feelings."  The fact that he is now flip-flopping back to Mr. Mormon in that belief--just in time for his Presidential run announcement, akin to a deathbed confession at the last minute in an attempt to "save his soul"--has me concerned, and justly so, about what he truly believes when the cameras are off.  We need a man to lead with ease, not to be easily led, or justify the rejection of God's way for his own.  We have had enough of those, and look where it has left us.

Islam--Reminder of what Mormons believe:  ...unless their religious opinions prompt them to infringe upon the rights and liberties of others.  Of the Big 3 religions on earth--Judaism, Christianity, and Islam--only one believes in force over free will.  If you believe that this whole earthly existence is about the battle between force and free will, which is evil and good, then you must also believe that any religion who follows force follows Lucifer, making them indeed Satanic by the strictest of definitions.  A friend and man I deeply admire, Robert Spencer of JihadWatch, commends Romney for not being afraid of words when it comes to calling this particular spade a spade.  As my readers know, I despise Political Castration, and am pleased that he didn't succumb to it in this most important battle of these last days, but I can't help but pull back a little; he has rationalized turning on Mormon doctrine before, as clearly indicated above.  I cannot help but wonder if he'll walk away from this one if he's given enough emotional but bullcrap Mohammed al-Dura stories.  After all, emotion has disarmed his reason center in the past; it's hardly a stretch to consider that it might happen again.

Israel--Given that everyone whose ancestors peopled England, Scotland, Ireland, most of western Europe, and all American Indians descend from Joseph of the House of Israel ,--supported, oddly enough, with the beginnings of the evidence recently discovered here in America --given that this large branch of the tree of Israel restored the smaller branch of the same tree, given that the Muslims also know that in order to restore Hagar and Ishmael they must rid the world of ALL of Sarah and Isaac's descendants--that's 12 tribes, people, not just Judah, and in case you're a bit slow, YOU are part of one of those tribes too, and in Islam, that means you are fair game--and given that this war is fast coming down to both old Jerusalem and new Zion, can we count on Romney to walk the Mormon talk of standing with Israel?  Again my mind wanders to what he has done when confronted with what he believes and what he has chosen to do.  This one is too important to leave unanswered.  It isn't enough just to support the current war or the troops, sir; as Israel and America are targeted more and more by Islam and a             hate-filled UN, as supporting both republics becomes more and more unpopular, as your political life may one day hinge on the answer to this question alone, where can we count on you to walk?

Law-breaking Illegal Immigrants--Do I really need to point out the difference in his talk and his walk on this issue?  It is against our doctrine to exempt ANYONE from the law, sir, and you know it.

"I don't believe in rounding up 11 million people and forcing them at gunpoint from our country," Romney informed the Lowell Sun in 2006. How about forcing out those we catch? No? Then you believe that some laws (including those safeguarding our national sovereignty) shouldn't be enforced, Governor.
 In November 2005, Romney didn't oppose the McCain plan, which went down in flaming defeat in the Senate this spring. (He then described it as "very different than amnesty.") Now, he was always against it -- after he was for it.
So, what to do with 12 million to 15 million illegal immigrants? First, Romney wants to register them. (What makes him think they'll comply?) Then, some will be repatriated and others will begin "the process of applying for citizenship and establishing legal status." Sounds like qualified amnesty, which Mitt swears it isn't.

Big Government--Two words:  Romney Care.  Walk vs. talk?  Yeah...he stayed sitting, in spite of what I know he believes--read it for yourself--regarding government and the freedom of the citizenry.  Right in line with what he did on the abortion/gay marriage issue.  Does not portend well in the whole trusting him to support what he claims to believe with actions that match.

                                    

We are at the exact same crossroads that we were at in Heaven with Father.  We must now choose which side we want--freedom or force?  Do we want to grow up and take responsibility for our own lives and ask only that our government protect our freedom to choose which side we will follow, or are we toddlers who must be commanded in all things, too gutless and weak to stand on our own two feet and walk what we talk?  We chose freedom once, when it counted, and that choice in Heaven gave us this chance on Earth.   What will we walk, America?  Will it match our talk?

Me vote for Romney?  That depends.  Does the man walk what he talks, as he did in the first war we fought for freedom, at Father's side?  Will he defend free will, even if some choose to use that free will to do wrong?  Will he expect enemy nations to keep their word and not hide hatred behind an insane, allah-fueled justification?  Will he do that which Father forbids:  call "wrong" right and "right" wrong, deny us our free will since he knows better, alter the natural consequences of right and wrong, deny truth, and justify it by leaning unto his own understanding?  His actions so far have been dubious, and that does NOT inspire the confidence necessary for me to support him.

As a fellow Mormon, I know what he is at least supposed to talk, to believe.  So far, Romney has failed to convince me that, when faced with tough decisions for this nation, he will base those decisions on those moral codes he claims to espouse rather than stick his finger up and feel the direction of the political wind.  Father trusted us to choose the right in that long ago counsel, and He's trusting us to do it again now.  Think about that...God trusts us with our free will.  Shouldn't we be suspicious of any man who doesn't think we can even handle our own healthcare?  Shouldn’t we, who know what he is supposed to believe and claim to believe the same, be ashamed of this image or righteousness?  I know I’m ashamed of him; I hold him to a higher standard than I do a non-member because I should.  His failure is greater because his standard was greater.

And before you think I expect him to lead America from Salt Lake City, think again, and better this time.  All of us base our sense of right and wrong on morals, and whether we admit it or not, or even know it or not, all morality comes from God, because it is the nature of man to be selfish, to do what feels good for himself.  It is the spirit within the tempers that physical with discipline and restraint, and since that spirit comes from God, our laws, our morals, come innately from God.  And only a fool would look at our founding documents and not know that all the Constitution is based on a moral code, that better side of mortality that hearkens to eternity and answers to God. 

I expect Mitt Romney to walk the talk of his moral code, and being from the same belief system, I know that code better than I would that of any other religious belief.  That is what we should all expect, from ourselves and others, when we know more fully what we and they believe.  To expect more or less than this from ourselves or others is exemption, after all, and can only possibly come from an evil source.  It is a recipe for resentment, anarchy, and destruction, for it rapes justice and therefore, negates the beauty of mercy.  Man succeeds when he follows the rule, not the exception; when the unselfish and correct exception is the better way, history has shown that patience, persuasion, and free will inevitably draws in the more righteous part of society, which then become the majority, or in other words, the rule.  The pattern of history has made the truths undeniably and mathematically certain.

The time for talk is over.  Choose ye this day whom ye will serve.  Vote for a walker , people.  Our very existence depends on it; if you fail to choose the right now, you may very well never have the gift of choice again, and all the talk in the world won't save you then.

Keep the faith, bros, in all things courage, and no substitute for VICTORY.

Russian expert on LA Mystery Missile, more connection to Jack Cashill speculation on the SPLENDOR

You read it here back in November, when I posted Jack Cashill's stunning speculation on the many unanswered questions on the November 8, 2010, SPLENDOR cruise ship meltdown.  No coincidence that it took place a few hours before the Mystery Missile, as Jack perfectly illustrated in his November piece.  This is from Jane Jamison here, posted in its entirety in case it suddenly "disappears," in which she uses Jack's flawless logic and research to ask obvious and reasonable questions.

Were the “Missile Launch” and Cruise Ship Fire Last November Caused by Chinese Navy?

Was a crippling cruise ship “fire” and a mysterious “missile launch” late last year the work of a rogue Chinese Navy “sending a message” to President Barack Obama?

Carnival "Splendor"

We may get a clue this week, when the Carnival Splendor arrives in San Francisco for dry dock repairs.

On November 8, the President was travelling in Asia and South Korea. He arrived to a contentious meeting with the Chinese at the G-20 summit the next day.

Journalist/author Jack Cashill makes a compelling case that China is behind both of the oceanic events, which occurred off the coast of San Diego within hours and a few hundred miles of each other.  His article was published last November, but it deserves another reading now that the cruise ship's damage is known to be "catastrophic" and  repairs are about to begin.

The Missile Launch

The “missile launch” off California’s southern coast was spotted by a television news helicopter during sunset on November 8. Here was speculation at the time from the Russians.






Cruise Ship Engine Room is Suddenly Disabled

The Carnival Splendor cruise ship caught fire in its engine room near San Diego on Nov. 8 and lost its communication and propulsion abilities in the blaze. The ship drifted 150 miles south of San Diego without any way of getting to land, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

No one was injured in the fire, but nearly 4,500 crew members and passengers remained at sea for three days. Coast Guard crews and others had to fly in food, water and medical assistance before the ship was tugged to San Diego.

It's now due to arrive at San Francisco's Pier 70 on Jan. 22 and will be dry docked, or taken out of the water, for engine repairs, Port of San Francisco spokeswoman Renee Martin said.

The ship will spend about four weeks on the city's southern waterfront and should provide thousands of hours of work for local union workers, Martin said.

Writer Jack Cashill, who has published books on his investigations of air crashes such as TWA #800 in 1996, says the Chinese were trying to embarrass and warn President Obama.

President Obama wrapped up his Asian junket with a trip to the G-20 summit in Seoul.

There, as Bloomberg reports, Obama “attacked China’s policy of undervaluing its currency.” Continuing its military metaphors, Bloomberg adds that the gathering was “marked by clashes.” Not without its own ammunition, China “took aim at the Federal Reserve’s monetary easing.”

Had the Chinese wanted to use more than words to show their ability to strip America of its creature comforts, they could not have chosen a more symbolic way than an EMP-- electromagnetic pulse--attack on, say, a cruise ship like the Splendor.

As it happens, the Splendor lost its power early Monday, November 8, some 44 miles offshore and roughly 200 miles south of San Diego. No media report that I could find questioned the official “fire in the engine room” explanation. It may even be true.

Later that same day, however, about 300 miles north, the news crew spotted the apparent missile launch. With the presumed missile launch might we have been saying, “You can take out your cruise ships, but we can take out your country?” Or might the Chinese have been saying, “We have you got you squarely in our crosshairs?”

“Andrew,” a retired U.S. Navy fire control technician platform-certified in the gun and missile systems on board Adams class guided missile destroyers, argues for the latter.

“What I saw in the recent video concerning the object 30 miles off the coast of CA,” contends Andrew, “is blatantly a foreign made, large Cruise or ICBM missile, being launched by a sub-surface aquatic platform.”

Andrew believes it is not one of ours because the vapor trail appears brownish or "dirty." Says Andrew, “We put a lot of sweat and money into our ‘birds’ and part of that is the fuel cells. They burn very clean, a whitish-blue in fact, not a dirty blackish brown.”

Adds Andrew, “Any high-ranking expert who believes this is a condensation trail off of a commercial airliner is lying or stupid. I hope you hear from other Fire Control Techs who saw the same thing I did!”

Andrew also rules out the possibility that this was one of our missiles accidentally launched. A launch of a missile of this size--large Cruise or ICBM according to Andrew--requires at least five people all doing something specific at the right time.

Another example of how the Chinese play head games with the U.S. occurred during Defense Secretary Bob Gates’ just-concluded trip to China:   a rogue video of the J-20 stealth fighter was suddenly leaked on several internet sites just before Gates arrived. The U.S. had no idea the high-tech plane was so far along in its development.[ See coverage of Gates’ Chinese trip here.]

We will have a better idea of the possible “China link” when the Carnival Splendor is examined closely and repaired in San Francisco next week. If the U.S. military keeps the undercarriage and repair work cloaked when the ship is raised to dry-dock, we will have our answer, won’t we?

One final nagging suspicion: While the narrative quoted above mentioned "noone was injured" in the cruise ship's incident, I have found this article which says, in fact, one crew member died in the "fire incident." This report quotes the Carnival company saying the ship's damage is catastrophic and more than $11 million in cruise business has been lost.

Pyongyang, January 5 (KCNA) -- The DPRK government, political parties and organizations at a joint meeting convened as regards the grave situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula and between the north and the south discussed important issues of settling it and opening a new phase for peace and reunification and released a joint statement on Jan. 5.


In the joint statement, they set forth the following important proposal to the south Korean authorities, political parties and organizations, prompted by their patriotic decision to usher in a new era of independent reunification, peace and prosperity, reflecting the unanimous will of all Koreans for peace and reunification:
1. We courteously propose having wide-ranging dialogue and negotiations with the political parties and organizations of south Korea including its authorities.


It is the review of the past three years that the issue of inter-Korean relations can never be solved by confrontation but it only sparks off an armed clash and war.


In order to mend the north-south relations now at the lowest ebb we will conduct positive dialogue and negotiations with the political parties and organizations of south Korea including its authorities, be they authorities or civilians, ruling parties or opposition parties, progressives or conservatives.


We call for an unconditional and early opening of talks between the authorities having real power and responsibility, in particular.


2. We are ready to meet anyone anytime and anywhere, letting bygones be bygones, if he or she is willing to go hands in hands with us.


For the great cause of the nation present is more important than yesterday and tomorrow is dearer than present.


The danger of war will be defused and the day of peace, reunification and prosperity be brought earlier when all Koreans assert in concert and pool their wisdom and efforts.


3. We will discuss and solve all the issues related to the important matters of the nation including detente, peace, reconciliation, unity and cooperation at dialogue, negotiations and contacts.


The north and the south are called upon to sincerely approach the discussion on the issues related to the important issues of the nation irrespective of partisan interests and strategy and isms and make positive efforts to seek agreed points to the maximum.


4. As an immediate offer, we propose discontinuing to heap slanders and calumnies on each other and refraining from any act of provoking each other in order to create an atmosphere of improving the inter-Korean relations.


Dialogue and negotiations cannot be properly conducted nor can they make smooth progress even if the north and south sit at the negotiating table when mud-slinging and provocative acts against each other are allowed.
We call on the north and the south to refrain from now from the smear campaign and provocative act of deepening misunderstanding and distrust and inciting confrontation and hostility.


Consistent is our stand to improve the inter-Korean relations, promote national reconciliation and unity and open a landmark phase of peace and reunification on the Korean Peninsula through dialogue and negotiations.
The government, political parties and organizations of the DPRK express expectation that the authorities, political parties and organizations of south Korea will positively respond to their sincere proposal and appeal for weathering the crisis on the peninsula and between the north and the south. They also call on all the Koreans at home and abroad, all governments, political parties and organizations in the world, international organizations and progressive people that love justice, truth and peace to extend warm support and solidarity to them. 

This is unprecedented.  Why?  Because of the hint of humility without any humility, if that makes any sense.


The lack of humility, however, is your biggest clue that this is merely a distraction.  Arrogance breeds recklessness, and I think they were surprised at the sudden and fierce change in the ROK's attitudes and new determined line in the sand.  The ROK will be conducting their 3rd military exercise since Yeonpyeong starting tomorrow.  They are not being held back by anyone, and after decades of submissively doing nothing at NoKo aggression, they came out of the box snarling.  The years of their leashed foe led NoKo to more arrogance and greater evils, and the confidence that nothing more than words or letters would be aimed in their direction.  So the above "appearance" of willingness is merely NoKo's adapting to new behavior.


Be sure this beast is the same, and seething for South Korea's sudden unwillingness to be their bitch....this is the deep breath before the fierce roar.

ANOTHER MYSTERY MISSILE OFF THE COAST OF TEXAS; After 9 Days of Silence From KCNA

Well, it's January 5, and after 9 days with NO CHANGE, the KCNA today put up December 28 and 29, then January 4.  And most of the articles were about New Years' greetings, Kim's birthday next month, US has no face to take issue with DPRK's nuclear activities, Die American Die, yadda yadda yadda.



Pretty Pathetic, Kim, but then, we'd go into deep shock if you ever went above nutless pathos…

I was up late every night those 9 days, waiting to see if the Korea Central News Agency would post something, torn between the dread of having to wade through the absurd rhetoric and mind-numbing childish rationalizations and the ominous foreboding I always feel when North Korea go days without any of its usual absurd rhetoric and mind-numbing childish rationalizations.
That’s because I know what the sudden silence of their only state-run propaganda-filled daily newspaper usually means.  Given my writings of the past couple of months, I scrupulously watched all the Korean and Asian wires for troop movements, ships, planes, weapons, high-level meetings with Islammunist allies, etc.  Anything that might tell me something about it.  Most quotes attributed to North Korea at the time were soft-ball, which made my feeling worse.

That’s because it is usually the distraction, the hand the magician uses to focus your attention on so you don’t see the hand with the deception.

Now this could very easily have been one of ours.  Thus far, we’re getting the same “Huh?” from official sources that we initially got with the LA Mystery Missile.  That was, eventually, replaced with the laughable Contrail Con game.

Between November 8^th and 12^th, 2010, there were three “Contrail” sightings across the United States.  Now we have another one.  And dead birds.  And creatures of the sea dying.

Is North Korea the culprit in any of these, including this latest one?  If so, they’re not doing this alone.  I smell China, Russia, Venezuela, Islam, and various “embeds” all over the American continent as definite co-conspirators.  The whole secret combination.

Even if this particular Mystery Missile turns out not to be of foreign origin, does it matter?  All these wonders in the heavens and mysterious deaths of smaller creatures on earth don’t point to innocence, be it an enemy without, or even more chilling, an enemy within.

Keep the faith, bros, in all things courage, and no substitute for VICTORY.

Korean People's Cause of Justice Supported in Syria

Pyongyang, January 4 (KCNA) -- Syria supports the Korean people's cause of justice.
Saaeed Eleia Dawood, director of the Organizational Department of the Regional Leadership of Syria's Baath Arab Socialist Party, stressed this on December 23 last year when he met Choe Su Hon, DPRK ambassador to his country.
He, chairman of the Syrian Arab-Korea Friendship Association, noted that the friendly and cooperative relations between the peoples of the two countries are favorably developing day by day under the guidance of General Secretary Kim Jong Il and President Bashar Al-Assad.
He further said:
The Syrian people will always support the Korean people in their struggle against the maneuvers of the U.S.
The recent joint military exercises staged by the U.S. and the south Korean authorities in the West Sea of Korea are a provocation to the DPRK.
The will of the Korean people to defend the sovereignty of the country is more powerful than any weapon, and any sanctions and blockade will become impotent before it.
It is a very urgent task and demand of the international community to achieve peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula. 


Hey Bashar, maybe time for something to catch you in the eye?  Talk about irony, he of the Hitler-look mustache being an eye doctor and all....


And with SoKo having found their balls again, it's looking like they'll be conducting yet another round of war games starting this Friday.  Oh man...what fun!!!!

SACRED WAR, HOLY WAR; The Secret Combination of Islam and Communism

“…we have seen in the past – over and over again – that evil seeks out evil, that they create secret combinations and make blood oaths against the good people of the earth. They bond together in their mutual treachery, and no malevolence is too much for them to consider.”

I wrote that, 8 years ago, in my first ever articles, a three-piecer that Joseph Farah asked me to write for World Net Daily.  Most of my friends laughed.

That was then….

The recent announcement by North Korea has confirmed more than just the obvious conclusion from the past 15 years of weapons/technology sharing.  It wasn’t the announcement so much as it was the phrasing that forever laid to rest any doubt:

One month after a deadly exchange of artillery fire, the two Koreas ramped up their rhetoric, with South Korea's president pledging unsparing retaliation if attacked again and a top North Korean official threatening a "sacred" nuclear war if provoked.

Sacred war. This was a message for us, a Judeo/Christian nation, and a signal to their ally Islam, whose use of “holy war” is so overplayed we scarcely even notice anymore.  North Korea is a country made up of Godless Communists, where religious freedom is brutally oppressed, marched out only as a show piece for the press and foreign dignitaries.  The term is a relatively recent one, and no coincidence if you’ve been a careful observer of Communism’s growing alliance with Islam.

It is a stir-fried non-aggression pact for the new century, but not between three Communist countries bent on conquering and dividing European spoils.

This is Islammunism, and the world is its spoils.

I have said repeatedly that our old enemy of Communism is still our biggest threat; the tactics have just changed a bit.  They will gladly achieve with jihad what they failed to achieve with a Cold War.  KGB Putin is not picky on how we are brought down, and neither is Islam.

Temporary alliances between ideologically differing nations, even those who are traditionally enemies, is nothing new.  The examples of Hitler, Stalin, and Mao are before you; no love lost between any of these axis’s of evil, and their philosophies and ideologies were often miles apart.  But when your goals are the same—slavery of the masses, extinction of Judeo/Christian beliefs (and the God behind them,) oppression of ideas/thoughts/speech that you don’t like or questions you can’t answer (or don’t want to), and brutal control over every aspect of human existence—high ideals take a back seat to wealth, power, and the wretched pride of prejudice borne by the elite.

It is the size and veracity of this modern-day secret combination that marks a significant difference and heightened concern.  Nearly half the world’s population belongs to either Islam or Communism, and most of the other half has been carefully rendered impotent by either wretched poverty and brutal oppression by members of the combination or decades of falsely guilt-ridden Political Castration, taught in schools, movies, and media.  Too many today fear saying mere words out loud without looking side to side first, and then only in careful whispers.  Little wonder that too many hesitate to call the secret combination what it is and always has been, no matter what cloak it has worn:  satanic in origin, hellish in design, the black hole of doom that has plagued the earth from day one, and the one thing that will destroy us with the silent permission of the “righteous” complacent:  .

From Dr. AQ Khan, Pakistan’s pimp daddy of rogue WMD’s and the most prolific nuke pusher in the world, to his Asian whore Communist North Korea (fully backed by China, don’t you doubt it,) who spread the disease to Libya, Iran, Egypt, Syria, and God only knows who else, the creation of a secret Islammunist combination is now beyond denial.  This sharing of world-ending weapons is the behavior of allies, not enemies.

OK, so we clearly have a secret combination on our hands; now what?  Well, since math is the language of the universe, and patterns are mathematical, let’s look to the patterns that have succeeded in dealing with secret combinations.  WWII is a good example, about which most of us know at least something.

So what did we do back then that resulted in unconditional success?

First, stop being afraid; it is the territory of the demonic, and once in its grips, it is your territory too.

Have not I commanded thee?  Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:9, Old Testament (HT:  Sara Johnson for the reminder!)

Second, we are a good and free nation, founded on the rule, not the exception.  That does not mean we don’t make changes for the exception; our pattern of history has proven that the exception can convince the rule of the rightness of a course, and the rule will rise to the occasion.  When a nation starts catering to the exception rather than the rule, however, as we did around the 1960’s, destruction is inevitable; that, too, is a pattern.  This is a nation of Judeo/Christian beliefs, stated clearly for all with eyes, ears, and a brain to see.  Those are our ideals, and we will not apologize for them.  They are noble and right, and we are better when we follow them.  They allow for freedom of speech, voting, religion (and the rejection thereof, should one choose), assembly, land ownership, weapon ownership, and a nation whose people are the government, not the governed.  Don’t like it?  You’re fortunate; in true Judeo/Christian fashion, you’re allowed to leave without need for secrecy, use of underground methods, or threat of harm, a right many oppressed by Islammunism will never know.

Third, call a spade a spade.  Islammunism is evil, and its fruits consistently bear that truth out.  See how easy that was?

Fourth, know the rules for all patterns, which include such mathematical certainties as the fact that evil inevitably eats its own, no evil accomplishes anything without the complicity of the silent, that the love of Mammon (Aramaic for “riches”) is the root of all evil empires (so never give them that power, no matter what) and they will never use it for good things no matter what they claim, reliance on any group or government rather than the freedoms and gifts God has given you to use for yourself breeds only slavery and death, and to rationalize a little evil is to justify the inescapable righteous wrath.

These patterns were all at play during WWII, even our failings in looking the other way for too long, but because we recognized them and—eventually—did not believe ourselves above the laws of math, we were victorious.  There was death, yes.  There was blood, yes.  There have been in all wars, and so long as evil lives, there always will be.  It is the price we paid for our sloth then and for our willing Political Castration now.

But there are things worse than war for those who have known freedom, and we are seeing them at play on the mortal stage right now.  It is unacceptable that we find ourselves here again, on the verge of another World War, yet here we are.  The mortal names in this fray are different, but the enemy is the same:  force.  That is what Islammunism is, you know:  force of the free-willed.

Can there be a more justifiable reason to draw a line in the sand?  It is South Korea this minute, but make no mistake it will be Taiwan, Japan, Israel and the entire world next, for this two-headed beast of secular Communism and “religious” Islam has a massive reach and a thirst for blood, for free blood.  It is the pattern of history, and while we may be free, we are not free of the eternal nature of math.

North Korea will attack.  China and Russia will back them.  Islam will drop the other shoe while we are distracted by the initial shock and awe.  Islammunism is here, and freedom will lose if we do not uphold and fight for it.  And the first step is naming this enemy and calling it what it is:  evil.  Reagan knew that, which is why he succeeded in defeating Communism initially:  he followed the path and the pattern for success, beginning with calling the enemy what it was.  Its rebirth under the impotent reign of Clinton also followed the path and pattern:  for failure, for he personified the evidence that Political Castration had, in only one decade, rendered us a nation too gutless to choose sides, to call evil by its name and not back down.  That is exactly what we must do now, while we still can.

Remember, people, that God has made us free, and therefore, we are free indeed.  Act like you still know this to be true.  I’ll go first:  Islammunism is a miserable contaminate that must be stopped now and vigilantly guarded against for eternity.  They will not discipline themselves, and like all undisciplined villains who hold themselves above the law, it falls to us to stop them.

Rest assured, they will never stop on their own.  It’s the pattern of Islammunism, and all historic evil.

Three Wise Men Following A New Star...Off the Coast of Los Angeles

It’s that time of year again:  Three Wise Men following a new star.

A shooting star, that is.



And like those ancient oracles, these men of honor know better than others what that star means.  That’s why we should once again listen to The Wise Men, for what they have to say is unprecedented.

On November 8, a mystery missile lit the dusk skies off the coast of Los Angeles.  After about 3 days of swearing that no one knew what it was, suddenly the Pentagon swore first that it wasn’t a threat, then that it was “just an airplane contrail,” and that anyone who said different had fallen for an “optical illusion.”

In other words, “you people” were all suddenly struck with aeronautic amnesia, and in spite of everyone having seen harmless plane contrails for decades, a mass delusion struck millions not only in LA, but all across the world as the video went viral.

You buying that?  If not, you’re in very good company.  Within days three well known USAF Generals came out vociferously against those claiming it was anything except what it was.

All three not only called this shooting light in the sky a missile, but they continue to stick by it, and are increasingly stunned by the behavior of the Pentagon they know so well.  And the Hippy Press?  Well, there was Miley Cyrus news to cover and Sarah Palin’s show to diss…they couldn’t waste their time on missiles off our coast line!  Besides, the Pentagon and Government both said we saw it wrong…that lame explanation is better than the truth if the truth is a missile, right?

These Three Wise Men have boldly, with great courage but no doubt broken hearts, called this what it was:  a missile.  And that means we are now in the depths of a cover-up.

But don’t take my word for it; let’s listen to the experts, our own Wise Men following a New Light in the Sky.

The first wise man is a FOX News military analyst and appeared on the Sean Hannity show right after the LA Missile, making it clear where he stood:

Gen. McInerney’s determination and passion are clear, and the man knows whereof he speaks.  Watch his expression, the tenor of his speech:  this is not a man unsure of what he saw, or fearful to speak it out loud.  This is confidence, knowledge, and a warning we should heed.

Strike one against the “contrail lie.”

Our next wise man has been in my writings before:

Major General Paul Vallely, USArmy ret: General Vallely has been a military analyst on television and radio for over nine years. He is the founder of Stand Up America, a guest lecturer on National Security matters and the War against Global Jihad.



In an exclusive WARCHICK interview, Gen. Vallely laid out his belief of the light in the sky:

“The reason we don’t think it’s an airplane is because most airplane contrails are pure white.  Mixed yellow and orange, indicating fuel exhaust, not just jet condensation trails…the trajectory is too vertical, while planes are usually far more horizontal; they don’t go straight up.  Theirs is a gentler, steady slope.  Trajectory and color of contrail indicates it’s not an airplane…if it was a classified launch, the government wouldn’t say anything anyhow.  They do test scuds, other enemy missiles.  And an actual enemy launch would have been picked up by the fleet and our facilities in San Diego… Vandenberg has terrific missile tracking capability.  These all run 24 hours a day.  But still, everyone in the government is very close hold about it, that’s for sure.”

Gen. Vallely makes some valid points.  This may very well have been an American missile prototype or a test-fire of an enemy missile.  But some serious flaws in that argument are the fact that, if secret, it would not have been tested during rush hour off the coast of the 2^nd largest city in America, where traffic choppers are buzzing and millions of cell phone cameras are at the ready.  An enemy sending a message, however, would do exactly that, at that time of day, and in that very place.  Another flaw in the secret or test fire theory is the utter absence of a cover story; the fumbling explanations in the weeks since and the insane insistence that it was an airplane contrail that we “mis-saw” makes it even less likely that it was one of ours.

Strike two.

Our third wise man has been the most outspoken on the LA Mystery Missile, and I was fortunate enough to wrangle an interview with him this past week.

Brigadier General Jim Cash, USAF ret: A former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot and commander of an F-15 squadron and an F-16 wing, Cash was assigned to NORAD was an Assistant Director of Operations at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex near Colorado Springs, Colo., and is fully knowledgeable of NORAD procedures.



Gen. Cash was kind enough to speak with me in-depth about the LA missile and this administration’s lack of action afterward.  I’ve transcribed our conversation from my notes here:

When I first looked at the video I wasn’t terribly concerned, although it did look like a missile launch and I’ve seen lots of those.  The exhaust plume appeared too large compared to the plume producer to be created by a jet engine.  The brownish tint made it appear more closely to missile exhaust, as opposed to the white water vapor contrail of a jet engine.  However, what really caught my eye were the abrupt guidance changes you could see on the system during the video.  As jets climb higher the atmosphere thins and it becomes difficult to turn.  As a result, passenger jets make large, smooth, arching turns.  Missiles, on the other hand, make abrupt, quick turns, and in the video the guidance was very sharp and abrupt.  Jumbo jets just don’t maneuver like that.

But, that wasn’t enough to convince me to write the article about this event.  The convincer was my knowledge and experience of the NORAD system after being assigned there, and the odd response from those to who are responsible for monitoring a situation such as this.

NORAD’s first shot out of the barrel was “it" was not a threat to North America. That suggests to me that NORAD did in fact observe a missile launch and assessed that it was not a threat to the nation, as the trajectory was away from the mainland.

There is an assessment process that occurs anytime NORAD observes a missile launch.  Utilizing a set protocol, the team leader, who in the past was a Brig. General, assesses whether the launch is a threat to the North America.  If assessed as a threat the commanding four- star General is called, who then contacts the President. This entire process must be completed in minimum time, as the President has only a short time himself to make a decision and implement his plan.

This process is non-negotiable, and practiced so often it is a reflex.

Now for the language they used, and why it’s significant.  When they said “it was not a threat,” “it” means they meant a missile.  Had it been a plane, meteor, or something else, they would have identified it as such; they wouldn’t have said “it.”

The next statement made by the Pentagon was even more telling.  As reported by the media, the Pentagon announced they were going to do a missile count to make sure “it” was not one of ours.  They didn’t say they were going to count planes, they said a “missile count.”  In my opinion that statement clearly acknowledged that “it” was indeed a missile, and they were trying to figure out whose it was.

The “its” terminology as well as the clear physical indicators in the video tell me that what happened off the coast of CA was no aircraft contrail.

Immediately after the event, we saw a hyper-focus on another emotion-charged subject, but not a new one:  the TSA debacle.  That smacks of a classic diversion away from uncomfortable questions.

I was recently asked on a radio show what nation has the capability to conduct such an event.  I told them that was the wrong question; what they should be asking is what nation has the capability and motive to conduct such an event, and in my opinion that is China.  China has been expanding its military at a fantastic rate in the past few years, and some reports suggest they are spending up to 16% of their GDP on their military. One must ask the question---Why?

We have seen a massive exchange of technology between China and Russia, and during the Clinton era the US was responsible for transferring technology to them, especially missile guidance technology.  China has taken that technology, enhanced it and added it to their military arsenal.

If proven true that China is behind this event, we must face the reality that they constitute a true long term economic and military threat to our nation.  An indicator of things to come may well be a problem that the President rarely addresses:  Taiwan.  China views Taiwan to be a runaway Province, and have vowed to restore control of it to the mainland.  Many may disagree and point to our hardcore agreements with Taiwan promising to protect them.  But, if we are at war in Afghanistan, still in Iraq, having to deal with an out of control nuclear equipped North Korea and Iran, we may very well be forced to back away and let Taiwan fend for themselves. Soon this country may have no allies if this trend continues.

This is why deterrence is so important.  Pres. Reagan understood that what prevents war is strength, and what promotes war is weakness.  The leadership of this administration and an over-stretched, under-supported military are both viewed as terribly weak right now.

This west coast event was not a direct threat to the US mainland.  I think it was a warning, "There is a new kid on the block with the capability to reach out and touch you.  We are racing toward becoming the world’s second Superpower.  America, pay attention when we speak.  Oh, by the way honor your debt."

So far we have several points to consider from our 3^rd Wise Man:  1.  NORAD’s muted response, use of “it,” and insistence in what it WASN’T; 2.  That not only was it absolutely a missile, but that the information went straight to the President.  Surely logical sequencing can take you to the next step; that is, the cover up, clearly, had to have come from the top; and 3.  The timing was deliberate and meant to threaten the general population, to strike fear in the hearts of the citizenry.

That’s strike 3, CONTRAIL; you’re outta there.

Many who have read my writings these past 8 years, especially in regard to the LA Mystery Missile, know that I firmly believe that North Korea was behind the missile.  I believe that they absolutely had Chinese, perhaps even Russian, help, but that they had the missile to do this, a missile they unveiled only one month before that new light in our western sky.  The launch happened when Pres. Obama was in South Korea for the G20, where he received an equally chilly reception, still smarting from the snubbing he’d received in China.  If you know anything about the Asian mindset, saving face is very important, and the snubbing by the two Asian nations sent a clear message:  we view you as weak, with no honor, and we don’t respect you.

North Korea was watching this with rapt attention. What did the Chinese snub and the chilly South Korean reception say to them?

Even if the missile was Chinese, it still affected their little buddy, for several reasons.  First, China is North Korea’s only real ally (well, along with Russia, who is fully Communist since Putin, who’s still in charge.)  And I’ll say it again:  China backs North Korea.  Anything they’ve said to us that claims otherwise has been a lie, a temporary stall and distraction until both Communist countries are ready.  North Korea would be frothing at the mouth to follow its big brother into the missile scene once it saw him get away with such a blatant act of aggression.

Second, what do you think it said to North Korea when America not only did nothing at the provocative “Screw you!” off LA, but lied to its own people and covered it up?  If you were North Korea, wouldn’t you feel confident that a nation that wouldn’t do anything to defend its own land might do even less for an ally, say, South Korea?  It was barely two weeks later that Yeonpyeong was shelled.  People, that was NOT a coincidence, for there is no such thing, especially when it comes to evil intent.

And I haven’t even touched on their close alliance with Iran and their nuclear ambitions.  Islammunism is an ugly thing, made of ugly leaders seeking ugly ends.

Things are lining up, and I believe we will see North Korea do something even bigger before the end of the year.  If not, then the first six months of 2011 are a mathematical certainty…patterns are, after all, mathematical, math is the language of the universe, and history clearly notes that we’ve seen this pattern before.

Like the people of ancient Israel, we have a choice.  Do we take notice of the new light in the sky, call it what it is, and accept this precious gift from the Three Wise Men:  forewarned and thus forearmed?  Or do we sell the truth cheaply, preferring to believe that the brightness in the sky is meaningless, and none of our concern, throwing open the “Welcome” for destruction, convinced we have peace in our time?

This time tested quote makes the following an inevitability:  What you don’t know can hurt you, and what you don’t do will absolutely destroy you.

I know it’s no fun reading such things at Christmas; or any time of year for that matter.  It is even more of a downer getting attacked any time of year.  Evil respects nothing, and knowledge of what it is planning is a gift, believe it or not.  Let’s follow these Wise Men and heed their words, their gift to us.  It is, after all, the time of year for Kings, for miracles, for peace, and for defeating evil again, if we choose it.
