Excerpt:  But here is where frustration over this war took its first tentative root.  America and its allies had the North Koreans on the run back across the 38^th and beyond.  So appeared the dilemma:  should we continue to push communism completely out of the country or stop at the 38^th where it began?  The US couldn’t pass up the opportunity to unite Korea as one nation under the Republic, since the division had only been meant to be temporary while repairing the world after WWII.  This would also be a prime opportunity to send a clear message to the Soviets about the limits to what we, and supposedly the UN, would tolerate.  We had just finished castrating one TOTALitarian DICtator because we hadn’t nipped it in the bud before the world was set ablaze.  MacArthur understood the math of history, its patterns, and wasn’t about to repeat the same mistake less than a decade after the hard end of that horrific war.

Excerpt:  We have lost such men due to the emasculation that our embrace of Political Castration (never call it “correct,” for that is calling wrong right and evil good) has caused.  I am sorry for this, have rejected it, and have taught my sons and all who would listen to do the same.  We fear words now, and energy expended raging over what words we can and can’t use—in a nation of free speech, no less!—sucks our vigor and leaves us utterly wasted and impotent by the time actions are called for.  We are now an easily-conquered people; the mere fear of being accused of being racist, sexist, or some random “phobe” is all it takes to stop us from standing for truth.  This must not be in a land of Constitutionally-founded free speech; either words are free with the applicable responsibility or they aren’t.  We must not accept the confusion and unavoidable destruction that the policing of words, which leads to the mentally ill and inexorable idea that we can control thoughts, has wrought on every society in history that has accepted this curse that begins with the control of actions, then words, and always at last, thoughts.  ‘Tis the mathematical pattern of history, and we are not above the laws of math.  And this pattern has proven, again and again, that the difference between a free people and slaves is free will.  The minute we seek to control any God-given right we are in the territory of evil.

DPRK's Projected Satellite Launch Supported

Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Foreign organizations released a joint statement on March 27 in support of the DPRK's projected launch of Kwangmyongsong-3, earth observation satellite. They included the All India Indo-Korean Friendship Association, the All India Agricultural Workers' Union, the All-India Peasants' Union and the All India Federation of Lawyers. The statement said that it is an exercise of the proud and legitimate right of the DPRK to launch the satellite developed by it with its indigenous technology, pursuant to its policy for space development and peaceful uses. It went on: It is very odd for the U.S. and other countries which launched a lot of satellites to allege that the DPRK's satellite launch only is a provocation to the peace and security in the region. This is obviously an act of denying the legitimate right of the DPRK to the peaceful use of space. Their logic is unjustifiable. Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and General Kim Jong Il's Works, in his statement issued on March 26 supported the launch of Kwangmyongsong-3, saying that the peaceful development and use of space are the universally recognized legitimate right of a sovereign state and they are not a monopoly confined to specified countries only.

Russia Launches Carrier Rocket

Moscow, April 1 (KCNA) -- Russia launched carrier rocket Proton-K on March 30. The carrier rocket, which was launched at the Baikonur Space Launching Center, put the space body with military mission into the expected orbit, noted a spokesman for the Aerospace Defense Forces of Russia. Russian Airborne Troops Stage Command Post Drills Moscow, April 1 (KCNA) -- The Russian Airborne Troops staged command post drills in Ulyanovsk from March 26 to 30. Involved in the drills were 500 odd airborne troops and lots of combat and technical equipment. In the drills the troops and equipment were successfully dropped at the fixed locations. Virtual enemies and objects were occupied and annihilated with the support of the air force. Through the drills the airborne troops and the flying corps of the ground force trained the coordination in their actions for transporting and air-dropping troops and combat and technical equipment. Odd Airborne troops?  What is that.

DPRK, Defender of Socialist Cause: Russian Party

Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Communist Workers' Party of Russia-Revolutionary Communist Party posted on its internet website on Nov. 14 an article titled "Historical inevitability of the victory of the socialist cause".


The article said:


Socialism is the revolutionary banner of the popular masses struggling for independence.


Socialist society based on collectivism is the most advantageous and progressive society that conforms to the independent attribute of human being.


The imperialists are making desperate efforts to pull down socialism by employing all means and methods including military power, psychological warfare and economic blockade, because socialism is superior to capitalism.


The desire for socialism is daily growing stronger in Latin America, which was called "tranquil backyard" of the United States.


Pyongyang Declaration "Let Us Defend and Advance the Cause of Socialism" was made public in Pyongyang in April 1992 with signatures of delegates of 70 revolutionary parties in the world.


The declaration has been signed by over 270 political parties up to now.


The DPRK, demonstrating its might as a staunch defender of the socialist cause and invincible fortress, instills confidence in victory and courage into the people of many countries.


Thanks to the Songun politics pursued by leader Kim Jong Il the Korean people have bolstered up self-reliant defense power and successfully accelerated socialist construction while resolutely frustrating the imperialists' moves.


The cause of socialism is vigorously advancing toward its final victory.

 Capitalism Existing for 1 Percent of Rich Must Go to Ruin: KCNA Commentary

Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- Working masses' anti-Wall Street protests have continued unabated, shaking the capitalist system down to its roots.


Riot police are hurled to put down the protests but only fell short of blocking the masses' advance.

This has stoked fears among the rulers of the capitalist countries.


This proves capitalism is reactionary system and ailing society where the rich get ever richer and the poor ever poorer as a 1 percent tiny handful of exploiters oppress toiling masses making up 99 percent of the population.


A recent opinion poll conducted in the U.S. showed the majority of Americans voiced resentment against the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor. In the poll jointly conducted by the Washington Post and ABC TV, over 6 out of 10 respondents said the rich-poor gap is widening in economic aspect. The income disparity between the people in the upper brackets of income and the rest of Americans is now all time high since the great depression about 70 years ago.


The income of wealthy people grew about 275 percent for the past 28 years. In 2010 the number of the poor increased by 7 million from 10 years ago.


The widening gap between the 1 percent rich and the 99 percent poor is an inevitable result of the structural contradiction of capitalism.


The history of capitalism is characterized by the accumulation of wealth by monopoly tycoons. In this course a crucial change took place in the relations of class forces, sharpening contradiction and conflict.


In the capitalist society the well-to-do people get ever richer while the poor are reduced to extreme poverty. The rich take to itself products and almost all wealth of the society, wallowing in luxury while the toiling masses languish in hunger and poverty. The people are degenerated, becoming slaves of money and the broad masses suffer from unemployment, hunger and poverty.


It has become frequent occurrences in the capitalist countries for even the middle classes to lose properties due to bankruptcy and unemployment and join the poor.


A big group of the unemployed are in the making in the Western countries bogged by financial and debt crises.


The rulers and monopoly capitalists are talking rhetoric about "class cooperation" and "welfare policy" to calm down the daily worsening socio-class contradiction in the capitalist countries.


Cooperation between the exploiting class and the grassroots people in the capitalist society is sheer sophism little short of a wolf and a sheep living in the same pen as friends.


It is an inevitable process of the historical development that the people intensify their actions to win the right to existence and democracy against the arbitrary practices of the monopoly capitalists.


The widening gap between the rich and the poor will escalate the people's protest against it.


Capitalism can never solve its socio-class contradiction by itself but will meet a final ruin by the people's actions for independence.

Lebanese Speaker: U.S. Trying to Mislead Arabs in Dealing with Iran

Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri on Monday scathingly criticized the U.S. for its wrong attempt.


The U.S. is continuing propaganda campaign against Iran to trigger religious and sectarian strife among Arab states, he said, adding that the U.S. even tries to divert public opinion from the hostility of the Zionist regime to Iran.


The Zionist regime will remain the eternal enemy of Arabs, he underlined.

Central European Nations to Form Military Organization

Moscow, August 18 (KCNA) -- Russian newspaper Krasnaya Zbezda July 6-12 carried an article titled "Why Did Four Central European Nations Decide to Form Independent Military Organization?" In May defense ministers of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary agreed to organize a combat unit under the command of Poland. According to their plan released on May 12, a special combat unit will be formed under the command of Poland in around 2016 to become an independent unit not belonging to NATO. And the four nations will stage annual joint military exercises from 2013 in the framework of the NATO's existing rapid reaction force. From the general point of view, it is the conclusion of Western diplomats that the decision to form an independent military organization is a reaction of east European nations to the new development observed by the European Union and NATO. In other words, the development means that Germany is seeking a special role as the EU leader and trying to expand cooperation with Russia, while the U.S. capacity of taking part in overseas military operations is being decreased. According to sources, it is under discussion to invite Ukraine to join the combat unit. But Western analysts doubt that Kiev will accept the anti-Russia offering. More secret combinations...

Military Satellite Launched in Russia


Moscow, June 30 (KCNA) -- Russia launched a "Cosmos"-lining military satellite on June 27 to successfully put it on the expected orbit, according to a spokesman for the Space Armed Forces of Russia.

The satellite was launched by carrier rocket "Soyuz-u" at the Pulesetsk satellite launching ground. It is controlled by means of the ground automatic complex.




The satellite launching is reportedly aimed to increase the number of military space mechanisms of Russia.


Uhhh...Space Armed Forces of Russia?  What is with these ridiculous, made-up-by-a-6-year-old names?  And armed forces? Ours is Aeronautical and Space Engineering...theirs are Military Space Mechanisms?  Putin is a dickless ass...creepy little rat-faced freak. What exactly is a military sattelite? That's a weapon or some sort of way to disarm our early warning systems...and Obama's on ANOTHER vacation.

Russia, China Check US Unilateral Attempt



Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Russia and China recently checked the unilateral attempt of the U.S. to open to public a report related to Iran at the UNSC.


According to Voice of Russia, the two countries took such step, stating that information reflected in the report was unbelievable.




The UNSC should not be allowed to adopt any resolution on the basis of uncertain or politically-motivated information, the Russian mission in the UN stressed.
